Join Kate at Spring Garden Park to celebrate the Flower Full Moon. Allow the light of the Full Moon to reveal what you can let go so you can be more efficient with your energy and in tune with your highest self. 

 

The Full Moon in May is called the Flower moon, so to honor this moon we’ll be making our own flower crowns! All supplies will be included! Just show up and prepare to get crafty! After we make the crowns we will flow through some moon salutations and close our practice with a lovely guided meditation underneath the moon's glow.
