For the third year in a row, the Elemental Retreat is back - and this time, we're going to the ocean!
Feel the salt air on your skin, the sand beneath your feet, and the vast, humbling presence of the sea as your backdrop for five days of deep restoration. This is the most powerful container we've ever held, and it's waiting for you.
Over five intentional days, we'll move through all five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether - each one woven into a full day of yoga, ritual, breathwork, and the kind of sacred stillness that actually restores.

This retreat includes a visit to one my favorite places in the area - Holistika Tulum. We'll be guided through a traditional temazcal ceremony - an ancient practice of purification, release, and rebirth. Held within the jungle, this experience invites deep connection to self and spirit.
We’ll also move through the open-air art walk and expansive grounds, where creativity and nature blend to awaken inspiration and presence.

This space offers two separate rooms with plush queen-sized beds, softened by ambient lighting and organic, nature-inspired finishes, create a restful sanctuary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be given after January 1st, 2027. After January 1st, 2027 there are no refunds, unless I am able to fill your room reservation from the waiting list. If I can, I will refund you in full (minus the deposit).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Plan to arrive on Friday, February 19th. The closest airport is Cancun (CUN). If you would like help arranging a shuttle from the airport to the retreat space, just let me know. Check in time is 4pm.
Plan on departing on Wednesday, February 24th. We will have a morning meditation, gentle yoga and a closing circle and breakfast on this morning.
PASSPORTS
All participants must have a valid passport. Your passport must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your departure date. No Visa is required for Americans coming for tourism and staying less than 30 days.
ADULTS ONLY
This is intended to be an all-genders/adults only retreat. Please no children under the age of 18. And no pets please, just humans :)
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
This retreat will serve mostly vegetarian meals. Most special diets, including gluten-free, vegan and food allergies can be accommodated. Please note your preferences (and any allergens) in a separate retreat email once you have registered.
PARTICIPATION
This is YOUR retreat to renew and rejuvenate, and you are welcome to skip classes, sessions and events as desired.
