Salute The Sun Yoga Flow

As we move from the darkness of winter and into the light of spring, we will honor the sun moving through a series of flowing sun salutations.

Seeds of Intention and Planting Ceremony

Choose what metaphorical seeds you are planting this spring season - what do you hope to blossom?

Once we set our seeds of intention for the new season, we will gather in ceremony to plant our seeds into the soil.  We will let these seeds hold our intentions, infused by our dreams and all we want to call in - watering them over the next few months, and remembering your intention every time you nourish the plant.

Each participant will recieve a spring ritual kit - a flower pot with soil, seeds, palo santo bundle and a healing crystal. 

What to bring: yoga mat, water and a journal (optional)
