A mini-retreat of breathwork, sound and a delicious supper right in the heart of Portland! Join us inside an art studio oasis complete with a sauna, cold plunge just for us!

About the Event
2:00 PM — Doors open Arrive, settle in, grab some tea, and soak in the space..
2:30–4:00 PM — Breathwork + Soundbath Drop in, breathe, listen, let go.
4:30–6:00 PM — Supper Club Gather around the table for a nourishing, family-style meal.
6:00–7:00 PM — Open Space to Unwind Hang out, get creative, enjoy the sauna, or just be.
You’re welcome to stay for as much or as little as you like. There’s no pressure to stay ‘til the end—leave whenever you need, with a full heart.❤️
