As we bid farewell to the dark winter days, we welcome the dawn of spring with open arms. On March 16, 2024, we invite you to a day-long retreat to celebrate the return of sunlight, fresh blooms, and a season of growth. Reconnect with nature and your own spirit as we weave a day full of mindfulness, joy, and nourishment.

We will start the day with an opening ceremony to set the tone, engage in morning meditation and yoga to awaken your senses and then indulge in a freshly made nourishing lunch. Our unique 'Seeds of Intention' ceremony allows you to plant your desires for the season. The triad: Yin | Breathwork | Soundbath experience is designed to help you align and restore your energy. Lastly, a meaningful closing ceremony will conclude the serene day. And there's even more to explore and experience!
