Feel the salt air on your skin, the sand beneath your feet, and the vast, humbling presence of the sea as your backdrop for five days of deep restoration. The ocean is a powerful elemental container, and it's waiting for you!

Over five intentional days, we'll move through all five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether - each one woven into a full day of yoga, ritual, breathwork, and the kind of sacred stillness that actually restores.

We'll gather beneath the full moon. We'll breathe deeply and slowly. We'll let nature do what it has always known how to do - hold us, strip away what no longer serves, and remind us of who we truly are.

This retreat includes a visit to one my favorite places in the area - Holistika Tulum. We'll be guided through a traditional temazcal ceremony - an ancient practice of purification, release, and rebirth. Held within the jungle, this experience invites deep connection to self and spirit.

We’ll also move through the open-air art walk and expansive grounds, where creativity and nature blend to awaken inspiration and presence.
